Business owners may cancel their subscription at any time through the platform dashboard under billing and subscription settings. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the prepaid billing period.
Due to immediate costs related to AI token consumption and hosting, subscriptions are not refundable by default. However, if there is a technical issue that prevented your account from operating and we were unable to resolve it within 7 business days, you are entitled to request a full refund of the last invoice amount.
If your account is suspended or frozen due to violation of the terms of service or sending harmful content, you forfeit the right to request any refund for the remaining subscription period.
